Hi gals,

Today I taught my new disco circuit workout to 10, yes, that is a double digit and my highest number yet 10 ladies. We had a blast 53 minutes of fun![emoji2]

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including abs and legs and I did 2 sets of squats with the barbell again today.

Ok, I added on the 18 minutes of Jeanette Jenkins Sexy Arms , Legs and Abs floorwork. I am done now.

Annette, that's awesome. Seems word is spreading that you create and provide a great workout! I bet it was a lot of fun too!! Good for you! My stomach is a bit better today. I seem to be battling w/ myself over GI issues. I wonder if my problem was the probiotics I took for a week? I just don't know anymore. I have a tortuous colon, "many twists and bends". I've been suffering and trying desperately to heal myself. GRRRR!! Anyway, I did Cathe Live today. Body works that aired yesterday. It was great, cardio blasts w/ compound weights. Nice metabolic workout.

Ceci- no not NYC. Funny how people often think that, then wonder why I don't have that "city accent". I'm a bit north of the city but close enough to visit for the day.

Hi ladies,
I was tired today after yesterday's w/o's and I feel a bit feverish and can't cure my headache even with strong painkillers. Nevertheless, after a day full of meetings at the office I decided I needed to movw t least a bit so I did Cize the first w/o. Time just flies by when you're having fun, but now I feel even more feverish so maybe it wasn't such a gr8 idea after all.
 
Checking in, tlc, it sounds like we have the same type of colon! I did ride my bike this evening for 20 min. Did
10 min w/ Peloton app and 10 min w/ Bitgym app. That's it for me!

I was sore today , so did about 45 minutes of yoga stretch & some yin yoga on the floor. My hips feel much better now. From looking out the window, I am in for some Shovel Max in the morning. Sigh.
