Hi Everyone,

Today I did Fit Splits push pull premix minus triceps. I ran out of time. I am just loving the weight training in fit splits! It's my go to right now for weights. There is nothing as good as this for me right now.

it another cooooooold day but my dh is home and back on dog walking duty. thank goodness.

have a good day everyone.

and yes, where is our dear friend elsie. love elsie's spirit.

Good day everyone! I didn't check in yesterday for some reason. Oh well. Yesterday was another of Yvette's workout..Step, heavy weights and core (I think). Then today was Cathe's latest live- Low impact Bootcamp. It was flippin awesome!!! Before I knew what was going on it was over. She has you moving from one thing to the next quickly but not frantic. It immediately went into my "favorites" !! Still love that Cathe!!

I also hope Elsie is ok. We're thinking of you!!

Henriette, I asked the physical therapists and occupational therapists at work to explain the weighted vest thing w/ kids. They said it helps the kids to know and learn WHERE their little bodies are in conjunction w/ the world around them. It also helps w/ increasing core strength. They are used for kids who fall and flop all over the place. I know of one little student at work who always walks on her tip toes and she wears a small weighted backpack to help her learn a normal gait. I'm sure there are other reasons and positive uses for this idea but it does seem strange.

Have a great day everyone.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Dance Circuit workout to 10 ladies for about 50 minutes.

Then I did about 52 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs.

Back is much better but still need watch how I move and not go crazy with jumping.

Now off to run errands.

Have a great day and workout [emoji16]

IMG_3209.JPG Hi ladies,

Peg - thanks for the weighted vest for kids explanation.

I did 21 day fix extreme cardio fix and went for a couple of walks. Before doing the cardio I thought I could add on something else, but I gave it my all and then my sister called as I had sent her a picture of Mick with some medical questions.

Speaking of pictures of Mick... that's Mick 11 weeks old up above this post.

He's sooo cute!![emoji7] Are his eyes blue? He's blond , don't know why I thought he would have dark hair. What color hair is his father's?

Again he is adorable!!! Thanks for letting us see him again.

Hello girls, took a rest day yesterday....

Henriette, Mick is quite a handsome, happy little man...he is precious. Thank you for the pics. Tell him his
"Fitness girl-friends say "hi" :)

Tonight was Cathe, so I did a low impact & shoulder workout mix. I might try and do one of Kelly's Raw workouts
On YouTube. I found a lower body one that looked fun. Hopefully I can do that over the weekend and I want
To try Cathe's latest Live, the Low Impact Bootcamp. You really liked it Peg? It looked like fun.

Hi to everyone that has posted and all to follow...special hi and miss you to Elsie :)

Henriette....he looks incredible! So cute, happy and healthy. Thank you for sharing. Yes Linda I absolutely loooved the latest Live!! It was fast paced, heart pounding and fun. She uses 10, 12 and 15 lbs. At one point I dropped to 8!! It’s 6 rounds of cardio, Lower, compound and upper. Very nice! Enjoy!

Thanks ladies. Yes, Mick has blue eyes and was born with ginger hair, but now the new hair growing on top of his head is blond. In his neck he is still ginger. His dad was blond and blue eyes, but now his hair is more grey than blond. I was golden blond as a kid and blue eyed, but my hair has gotten a lot darker over the years but is only reddish when I dye it, so it was funny when he was born and everyone said he has my hair color seeing mine came in a bottle.
