Hi gals,
Oh my!! Today was the Compound Total Body Plate Extreme workout and boy was it a workout. 47 minutes of your heartrate going up even during the weighted moves. I had 8 ladies.
Then I turned around and did an hour of pyramid style weight work out using 17.5, 20 and 25 pound dumbbells for chest press, double arm overhead triceps and lying overhead 1 dumbbell for upper back. Then I switched to 15, 17.5 and 20 for concentration curls (going up and down the pyramid on all these exercises) Then I only managed 2 sets of front raise using a 7.5 and 10 pound dumbbells I was fried!
Then I did floorwork for abs and glutes.
I will feel this tonight and tomorrow!!
