Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe Live - her latest. I did the 30 minute workout then moved on to a 15 minute cardio blast with lesmill. I would have done the bonus segment of Cathe's workout if I had had more time. Cathe's legs look solid. Wow. Cathe has been and continues to be such an inspiration for me in my life. Love Cathe!

Hi Siobhan,

Today despite having 3 ladies say that they couldn't make it today, I had 3 ladies who did. So we did my Variety Circuit which is 56 minutes long.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including barbell, cables and dumbbells plus floorwork for abs and glutes.
