Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 2 ladies and we did my 20-20-20 Chest and Back Split Series for about 57 minutes.
Then I did weight work including machines for back and shoulders, cables and the sled. I sprinted up and back with 2 and 3 plates, the backward pulled the sled with 4, 5 and 6 plates with the strap up and back then put 8 on and barely pushed it up and back with Derrick(a gym worker ,who was off work doing his own workout) cheering me on, it helped I made it but boy was that tough. He was nice and helped me unload the plates off the sled too. 40 minutes total of weight work.
We did abs on the floor during class so I am finished.
