Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's recent live workout - 30 minutes + my own stretch. I didn't have time to finish it but wow - it was tough. I don't think I finished many sets as I went a bit higher in weights.

I worked out yesterday too - I did a 25 minute spin class from SSOD. Sorry to miss checking in some days. My business doubled in October and hasn't let up since so I am struggling to find a balance (working 7 days a week). I am not your typical A type. 2nd last child of 5 - I like to shirk responsibility and put it on others through whining and expressing helplessness :) so being this busy is not my thing. Love the work - not the hours of two jobs.

Today was Sydney Cummings Sports Cardio and Stretch for Sore Muscles.

Ceci please do not apologize. You are doing an amazing job balancing everything. My husband worked 7 days a week for years and it was really tough. Do you have help?

Ceci, I take it you can't give up one job? That is rough on you I am sure.

Today I only had 3 ladies, and we did my Lower Body Plate Extreme workout for 45 minutes. It was tough because some of the weight work was raising our heart rates to cardio levels, whew!!

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including bench press, cable work and floorwork for abs only.

I am beat and I still need to grocery shop.
