Hi Siobhan and any others,

Today I canceled my class due to road conditions. Then I stayed home and did the workout that I had planned, which was Total Body Plate Workout which was 48 minutes long.

Then I decided to try some music with a 2nd kickboxing routine for my Silver and Fit group. Even with weights it only came in at about 33 minutes and the cardio is lame. So that one needs some serious tweaking. The cardio part is off the Turnstep site.

So anyway I worked out.

Ok, I added on 47 minutes of Freestyle Kickboxing using a turnstep routine called 9 easy Kickboxing Progressions and 32-count Boxareobics plus my own freestyle stuff and floorwork for abs and a cooling. Now I am finished. Whew!

I took a rest day as I had an early morning dentist appt.

My goodness you are so dedicated to creating good workouts and trying new things. I am always impressed.
