Snow storm here....

Today I did Caroline G's 20 minutes of bodyweight legs + 10 minutes of a bicep workout of her's + added in 10 minutes of move with Nicole.

Glad you finally got back onto the forums. Where would we be without our lovely check-in together each day?

Hi Siobhan,

I think I would be lost without our check in. Today I tried (because I remembered that I had it) Cathe's Body Max and made it through the warm up and 13 min. of the step segment. Oh my, I remember when I could do the whole workout. So 22 minutes in and I have paused it and may not go back to it. Think I need to scope out YouTube for a basic step workout sigh.

Nice workout for you . We got rain and now have wind.

Ok, I did 15 minutes of a Chris Dorner basic to intermediate step workout. I will try the other half another day.
