5 min. Leg Press Rowing Warmup in Seville, Spain
5 min. Legs Focused Rowing in Boston
5 min. Post-Row Hamstrings Stretches in Jefferson, New Hampshire
And also did a Peloton Full Body Treadmill Bootcamp- 30 min. Fabulous workout today, very tme efficient, WTG!! Double high fives!!
