Good morning ! Siobhan, are you back from your trip? Hope it was a great time!

This morning I put together another Hydrow "stack":
5 min. Pre-Row Lower Body Mobility in Boston
5 min. Leg Press Rowing Warmup in Seville, Spain
5 min. Legs Focused Rowing in Boston
5 min. Post-Row Hamstrings Stretches in Jefferson, New Hampshire

I also did a Peloton Full Body Treadmill Bootcamp- 30 min.

Annette, "you knocked it out of the park" yesterday doing a 90 minute weight workout including barbell, dumbbells, machines, the sled (up to 7 plates) and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch. I hear you on the rain......we had it about all day and all last night,
still raining this AM!

I watched it yesterday, it looked like a good one!

Hopefully will get my hair trimmed this afternoon....hope the rain stops.... rest weekend

Hi ladies,

Today I had a doctor's appointment but all was good and I don't have to see him again for 6 months,YAY!!

I came to the gym and did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 22 minutes of leg machines (4) and then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Short stretch.

Nice workouts everyone.
