It's Friday, and I am sssoooooo glad!!!!

Today was supposed to be an interval run, but I am in Ohio, need I say more???

So I did Tracey's Step Intensity Mix, which is now my absolute favorite "Imax" type workout, and B & G Stability Ab bonus.

Good morning, Conni! Where is everyone this morning? I feel great and do not have a cold, but it is in the 20s this morning. Brrr. Actually, I just checked. It is 18 degrees outside! :eek: No wonder I am freezing my butt off this morning! What did you think of Marcus Irwin and Airborne? Have you tried any of his other workouts?

I need to bundle up and brave the cold. It is supposed to be 70 degrees by Tuesday. This weather is nuts!

I bounced on my rebounder after my Bible study this morning. I am planning to do Total Body Stretching tonight. Have a fun Friday!

Jane, stay out of that gun safe this weekend! ;)

Hi Heather - Marcus is very similar to Christi Taylor in style and complexity. He has a great personality and his stuff is just fun, plain and simple. I add jacks and hops to some of his moves to get the intensity higher, but so far I am a fan! I also have Step Fusion, which I will try later, but I am very happy with this instructor, especially since Christi just doesn't do what she used to, which is a waste of good talent, imo.

Yes Connie, DD is back to school today even though temps this morning were -10 (-20 with the wind!) and we are in a winter storm watch for tomorrow!
But right now, the roads are clear !

I did BM1 step & u/b - a 65 minute workout. That's enough for me!:p

Jane, I was cracking up that you locked the GS cookies in DH's guncase! We might have to get one just for that reason!:eek: But you think the ice cream would melt ??? ha!

Heather: I am a sneaker/workout shoe addict...LOL! I got my SB from my chiropractor years ago. I'm glad you don't have a cold. It is cold here today, only our high for next week will probably top out in the high 20's:(

Good morning everybody!!! I started to post at 6 a.m. this morning but was afraid I'd double post with Phyllis again so I just waited. Where is Phyllis?

Oh the goodies will be out of the gun safe when DH gets home. He will be thrilled to still have his Thin Mints! I'll have to rely on good ole willpower this weekend... we'll see! If I could figure out how to put ice cream in there Becky, I would!! I just haven't bought any lately. When DH starts complaining loudly about lack of ice cream, I'll have to break down and buy some.

Today is Cardio Kicks FUN, FUN, FUN!
 
I got Body Max 1 done this morning. I definitely think BM2 is harder. The kids have an inservice today. It was nice not having to get out of the house this morning. It's supposed to warm up a bit so we might try some skating and tobogganing today if the wind chill isn't too crazy.
 
Hi all,

I did the kickbox premix off of Cardio Camp today. Longer than yesterday's workout trying to build back up while still getting over this head cold that moved to my chest. I am losing weight again so that is a very good thing, I am soooo happy.

Hi Girls.

My plan is Leg and Back/ARX and then a kickbox class at the gym this evening. Tomorrow will be my rest day a day early. I have a family party to go to during the day. Sunday I hope to get to the gym for a run and do some yoga.
