Hi Annette,

today I did more Caroline G (upper body for 50 minutes). I did my own stretch.

I don't think we got a dumping of snow overnight. We are, however, in the middle of a cold snap. Not a fan of super cold weather as I never dress for it. Not sure why. I mean, it's Canada. It's gonna be cold for about half the year. How do I never get used to this?

Guess it is wishful thinking Siobhan.

Today I had 5 ladies!!! That is a crowd nowadays.

We did my Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit which was 57 minutes long. Nice workout. Then I did 45 minutes of heavy weight work including barbell for bench press, dumbbells for biceps triceps, back ,shoulders and flyes plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Home now then off to the grocery store.
