Today was Imax 2, but subbed Imax 3 with some intervals on the rebounder. Not as hard as I remember it....

Hi Conni,

this morning I did an Amy Dixon Fitnessglo kickboxing workout + KPC Cardio drills minus the warm up. It was sweaty.

Conni - I have never done Imax 3 - I fear the steps are too complicated. Are they? If I can do Step, jump and pump could I get through Imax 3?

Hi ladies today was day 24 of the challenge. The one arm half burpees were tough on the right side. I added 3 sets of bicep curls witb35 lb. bb and 3 sets of dips. 2min of jump rope. Good workout,


Connie I may have to do IMAX 2 soon I think my knee could take it.
