Hi ladies,

Got some sleep last night, thank goodness, it was pretty rough by the end of the day.

Today was Intensity, but I think I will do that tomorrow, so I did Cardio and Weights. Long time no do! Matching Cathe with the weights definitely makes this harder!

Opening night tonight for DS Junior Class Play. Heading to the hospital for awhile this morning after I get my work done. Another busy day ahead!
 
Hope things calm down for you Conni.

I did Slow and Heavy 2 exercises for tris and 3 exercises for bis. Then I did the abs on the also. Then for cardio I did 30 Minutes to Fitness Kickboxing for cardio.

Hi everyone this morning I did xtrain legs standing + Barre + 50 swing kb + a 4 minute kb tabata.
