Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 4 ladies for my Kickboxing Disco Drills and circuit which was about 55 minutes.

Then I did weights and the sled and floorwork for legs and abs for 45 minutes. I topped our my weight on the sled with 7 plates and a 25 pound plate on top. That. Was. Tough. Lemme tell you.

Going home now.

Have a good workout if you get one in.
