I'm still doing MPl and really loving it, thanks again for sharing that . My DH has been complianing about shoulder pain which was a MPL I was doing for Shoulder pain relief and he wanted to
do it with me. So he did and felt relief and now also is a fan of MPL. I just wanted to share.
