Siobhan- Great Friday workout with: Cathe's latest KB live workout, added on about 20 minutes of MPL - a circuit workout with stretching. That sounds like a wonderful combo. WTG and high fives!
I'm still doing MPl and really loving it, thanks again for sharing that . My DH has been complianing about shoulder pain which was a MPL I was doing for Shoulder pain relief and he wanted to
do it with me. So he did and felt relief and now also is a fan of MPL. I just wanted to share. ;)

Annette- Wonderful job on your workouts as usual with: a

Hi ladies,

Today was about 73 minutes of weight work for biceps and triceps using machines and dumbbells plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Got my pre op instructions, have to call the doctor about a pre op physical, plus bloodwork and a covid test to boot. Gun fun!!
