Blender- "Upper Body Only" - 21 min.
CatheLive- "Plyo Legs Low Impact" - 25 min. ( I did the warmup, 1st half of the workout and stretch)

Today was Functional Total Body & Anytime Mobility Bonus. This workout is an instant favorite. I loved EVERYTHING!

Hi ladies,

Today was Hard Strikes the Timesaver + Core #1 which is 45 minutes long. It was good and I managed most of the core exercises with a few modifications or substitutions.

Nice workouts ladies.

Some of those core exercises are tough for me. No shame in modifying the core work or substituting as needed. Bravo on your you out, High Fives & WTG!! Enjoy your evening;)
