with:
Blender- "Upper Body Only" - 21 min.
CatheLive- "Plyo Legs Low Impact" - 25 min. ( I did the warmup, 1st half of the workout and stretch)
That sounds like a fun workout, nice combo mix. WTG & High fives for getting it done today
Deanna- So cool you tried out a workout from Lift, Move, & Restore. So good to her you enjoyed Functional Total Body & Anytime Mobility Bonus. I haven't tried them yet but plan too. Have a good evening

Hard Strikes- Timesaver + Core #1 = 45 minutes long.
Some of those core exercises are tough for me. No shame in modifying the core work or substituting as needed. Bravo on your you out, High Fives & WTG!! Enjoy your evening
