75 minutes on the elliptical? wow!

today i did cathe's recent live. it was fun! I added on Caroline Girvan's weighted abs - 5 minutes.

Hi Siobhan,

Today nobody showed up for class, so here at the gym I did an hour of weights, including barbell chest press, cable work, and dumbbells and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Now I will go home and maybe do some cardio.

Ok, I came home and did my Up Tempo Kickbox Jam which was 41 minutes long.

Got my cardio in yay!!
