Hi Annette - and friendly Cathletes,

Today I did a really good 35 minute Cathe Live Kickboxing workout. I really enjoyed it. I added on about 20 minutes of Providence Kettlebell - remember that workout? Now, to stretch.

Sorry I didn't check-in yesterday, Annette. I've been so busy since being back. Just working non-stop in my business. I had trouble falling asleep on Wednesday night so I let myself sleep in and just read in the morning instead.

Today I had 1 lady and we did my 55 minute, 150 bpm, freestyle cardio kickboxing cd. Basically we did whatever we wanted with a few guided combos thrown in the mix. We ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. It was a sweat fest!! We both were drenched.

Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including dumbbells, machines and the sled. My pulse was up around 170 during one set on the sled whew!

Glad you got a rest day in.
