Good morning girls, this morning I did an hour long Total Body Giant Sets mix. Later I may do a little
Cardio, probably a spin ride from Peloton, and a little time on my treadmill,using Bitgym app. Have a good
Day. Being off this week, I have really gotten in some good workouts, especially some longer ones, that I
Might not otherwise get in that often. Still need to get in a pool workout sometime, maybe over weekend.
 
Hi gals,

Today I did a 55 minute circuit workout and bench pressed 125 pounds for 4 reps!! Then I taught my aerobic dance circuit to 3 ladies for 60 minutes.

My own circuit involved 10 minutes on the stair machine then 10 minutes of weight work, then 12 minutes on the elliptical and then about 20 minutes of weight work including abs and legs.

I was able to do a warmup ride w/ Peloton and used Bitgym to walk on my treadmill touring Panama :).
If I do anything else this evening, it will be a blender lower body floor workout.

Hey there ladies, great workouts! Impressive strength gains Annette. Dang, girl!! :) Glad you are getting in some quality work aquagirl. Way to feel accomplished! I have not checked in in a couple although see that you and Ceci have been enjoying the new series. I have just gotten in one w-o so far, but thought it was great and tough. ICE and Xtrain are still my faves I think though!
Henriette, so nice to hear that you are finding a groove with having more energy. Awesome. Personally, I do better with my workouts (they are more consistent and I get more out of them in terms of quality) when I keep to 5 or 4 days a week dependent on the time of month. My body does not absorb the intended purpose of my workouts, especially with weights if I am working out more often than that. We are all unique and sometimes we have to change things up depending on what our bodies are telling us. I hope your therapy has been helping. My acupuncture has been going very well, especially for my neck issues. I have also signed up for some bagua tai chi at my local community center .....I may be the only person under 55 in the bunch, but who cares!
Anyway, ladies, it has been a strange week with having Xmas with a passing in the family.
Today, I did RWH Plyo One and DIY short shoulder weights.

Sincere thanks. Like I said before, we tried to have a few laughs here & there over Xmas Day and that was alright, but it seems after the crowds have left is when these types of things began to sink in. Been a very odd holiday, indeed.
