Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Cathe Live Burn Sets for bi's and tri's and added in 20 minutes of MPL. Now, to stretch. I struggle to workout to anyone other than Cathe. I just love and admire her so much.

Nora - So true! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas :)

Great workouts from you all yesterday. Annette, sorry to read your friend let you down. I hope she is all right and just forgot.

Annette - 45 min on elliptical (WOW) I love the elliptical but could never last 45 min.
& 20 min. floor work.

Lannette, great workout along with your cleaning, laundry, cooking, etc…. Enjoy your

Siobhan, good job yesterday with Strong & Sweaty and today with CL Burn Sets- Bi‘s & Tri’s ( I love that one) & MPL.

Today I did

CatheLive Fast & Fierce Lower Body Express - 29 min.
KCM Body Design dvd- Kickboxing w/light weights & stretch - 15 min. (Used egg weights)

Siobhan- :) Oh I completely understand about your feelings about feeling most at home working out with her.
I have two instructors I tend to go with 90% of the time its Cathe or Kelly Coffey Meyer, the other 10% would be for some occasional BB workouts, which I have not done in a while or Jessica Smith or leslie Sansone. Although I do a lot of YT stuff mainly Kaleigh Cohen Fitness (Bike), and Phoneix Nation (Jump Rope workouts)
I still love Cathe workouts and that has not changed. Great job on all your workouts today with: a mix of fun Cathe Live Burn Sets for bi's and tri's and added in 20 minutes of MPL, and stretch. Well done! High fives!!;)

Annette- Great job yesterday's 45 min elliptical & 20 Min floor work. If you decide to take a rest day enjoy or if working out later have a fun workout.;)

Lannette- Wow! You are Wonder Woman with cleaning, doing laundry, having company and getting in a workout too! You Rock, High fives!!;)

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness - Do this if you need a BOOST!= 35 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- 20 min Refreshing Active Recovery Ride= 21 Min

Hi ladies,

Rest day!?!Ha!

Today was bis and tris and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch. 73 minutes worth, wow!! Usually can't do 70 + minutes of biceps and triceps but somehow I did today!! Felt good.

Really cold and still windy today.

Everyone got great workouts in , keep up the great work!

If anyone is interested my workout consisted of :

3 machines (2 for biceps and 1 for triceps)
Dumbbells for hammer curls at 17.5, 25, 30 and 35
Concentration curls
Wrist curls
Barbell curls 20 pounds pre loaded
Hammer with a twist
Overhead triceps 1 arm alternating behind and in front of face
Lying triceps
1 Dumbbell held by fat ends and then put overhead
Tricep kickbacks
Back slaps with 2 pound dumbbells separately then together
Cable pull for all of upper body to 45 pounds
Various floorwork exercises for abs, legs and glutes.

There you have it.

Whew!! Typing it out made me tired.
