Hello, Linda! Feeling a little better after my workout yesterday and decided to take a rest day today so I don't start back up too fast. Good workout with Hydrow Circuit Training- 30 min. No Repeats & Knee Friendly Rowing & Upper Body/Core EMOM

Hi ladies,

Today was Cathe's Rockout Knockout which is 55 minutes. Honestly, I find this one tough and that says a lot considering I love Cardio Kickboxing workouts. I had my wrist weights on for the 1st 2 segments and then took then off for the last segment. In this one, I actually do follow it better on one side than the other which is normally not an issue with me.

She still needs a modifier for this workout or have it done at half speed longer.

But anyway I got a good workout in so that is all that matters.



Nice workout Linda. Nicki, rest days are always good and you are right to listen to your body.

a tad slower pace…especially so I can focus on getting the moves right…

Cathe's Rockout Knockout which is 55 minutes- Wow! That is really tough doing the entire 55 Min and with wrist weights even. Bravo, that is amazing. I agree cathe could use a modifier on that workout. Have wonderful Friday:)
