I had another short workout today. I did my own WB mix of cardio, biceps, shoulders and chest - all mixed in. It was good but only 35 minutes. tough month for getting in long workouts.

Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class the shortened version for 40 minutes. Then I worked with one of the ladies in my class on weight training for about 20 minutes. Showing her what she can do and demontrating proper form. Then she would do the same exercise.

After that I did 30 minutes of weight work including abs and legs.

Came home and did the Get Amped Taebo workout which is 32 minutes long.

Now I am done but I need to go grocery shopping.

Hey there aquagirl & all who follow.

My fever just broke this morning after being out of it for awhile. Hope I am on the mend :) and need to get to acupuncture soon to help with the immobility of my arm-shoulder-neck-head. I am trying to do as much shopping at home as I can. Have to go out this evening though if I have the energy.

Good to see some of us are getting in some good workouts.

I didn't today. My arms are still renovering from Wednesday... So I guess my PT was right. My body is not healing as well as it should so I should not workout to feel the burn but stop sooner or do other workouts. My shins are also sore... Mayber all the stairs, or the shine?

Elsie - feels great at my new job. Or new old... I worked here for 4 years 2 years ago so most of the crowd is the same and it's all familiar so I can dive right into it with a lot to do. Tonight a group of us went out to dinner and to play miniature glow golf, which was fun.

I hope every one starts feeling better over the weekend.
