Good morning everyone!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Chest & Triceps Circuit Workout" - 22 min.
IFit- "Iconic Nashville Treadmill Walk, Nashville, TN" - 15 min.
CrossRope App- "Ropeless, Dumbbells & Kettlebell" - 6 min.

Today was my last IFit workout, at least for awhile, as I stopped my subscription with them...I have had that subscription for over 5 years and I do love their workouts, but, they haven't been adding new ones that I like and I have been re-visiting older ones for a long time...so, I thought I'd take a break from it. I did re-subscribe to the CrossRope App, so hopefully, those workouts will be popping up now & then :)

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more C&E for lower body. It took an hour including warm-up and stretch.

Linda - I am not familiar with ifit. I must check it out!
Nora - A good walking workout is as good as any :)
Annette - WTG with your workout yesterday at the gym :)
Nicki - I hope you've had a good week and can get in some fitness this weekend.

Nice long workout this AM Siobhan, with C&E for lower body!

Siobhan, IFit isn’t on YouTube, it’s an app for cardio machine workouts, although they do
have strength, Pilates, yoga, etc. too…. I used it mostly for treadmill, elliptical, bike
workouts, but there are so many of those type of workouts on YT, gonna be trying
some of those different ones for awhile. :)
 
Hi ladies,

Today I changed things a bit, I started with back machine pyramid style using 25, 30 and 45 pound weights on each side but played with the hand positions.

Then I did lat pulldowns starting at 55, 60 ended with 70.

Then I did barbell bicep curl with straight bar preloaded at 20 for 12 reps, then I did 10 reps at 30 pounds.....then drumroll please....I tried 40 pounds and got 4 reps!!! Whoohoo, that is a personal record!!

Then I did hammer curls using 17.5, 20's and 25's.

Then concentration curls with 15 and 17.5.

Then I decided to try the sled again( today marked the end of 6 weeks doing nothing but weights). I had on different shoes but I gave it a go. So I backwards pulled 5 testing the shoes, then pushed 7, pulled 8 and then pushed 10 to finish. Shoes did ok, definitely need my other shoes if I plan on going heavier than 10 plates.

Then finished with floorwork and stretch.

All in all 85 minutes after taking time off for talking.

Aww, you cut the iFit subscription. You've really got your use out of it, so don't feel bad about that. There are so many fitness subscriptions out there. I can understand the convenience and appeal. There are even a few I'd subscribe to if I could afford them, but sadly, I can't. It's DVD's and/or You tube workouts for me. But I say, if are able to subscribe to a fitness service, enjoy it, I envy you and have fun:)

Annette- Bravo on your tough long killer workout today. Wow! those were some very challenging weights you used today, WTG & double high fives:) Bravo on biceps work moving up to 40 pounds, that is awesome!! Drumroll inserted:) You even managed some sled work and finished with floorwork and stretch. You are amazing and so inspiring. drumrolls & bravo's all a-round:)

KCM 30MTF- BoxFit - Weights - Workout#2= 36 Min

*Not sure if I'll workout or not. I'll see how I feel and what college football games might be on tomorrow.
