Hi Siobhan,
Today I actually had 5 ladies, and we did an hour long older circuit of mine using dumbbells, the barbell and we were able to add in floorwork at the end for a nice burn.
Then I did 37 minutes of weight work including barbell chest press, the back machine and shoulder machine. Plus the sled doing 2 up and back with 2, 45 pound plates, 2 up and back with 3, 45 pound plates and 1 up and back with 4, 45 pound plates.
I am beat. Now home to change and go get my squish o gram.
