& 5 min. Post Row Mobility w/Foam Roller- Total of Hydrow - 26 min.

Wow you hit it out of the park again with a 65 Min doing your own style circuit with weights and
elliptical and finished with floor work abs, legs, and glutes. Then the cherry on top with a well deserved stretch. You are awesome, bravo & WTG High fives.
