Today's workouts:

YT-Private Gym- TRX Xmas Blast Workout #1- 20 min.
Blender- "16 min. ICE Legs & Abs
Hydrow mix of: 5 min. Upper Body Mobility, 10 min. Total Body Strength w/weights,
5 min. Core Strength w/Foam Roller, 1 min. Rowing race,
& 5 min. Post Row Mobility w/Foam Roller- Total of Hydrow - 26 min.

That's it. Hope everything will be good for you today!

Athletic Training is no joke. Especially after Gym Style Legs yesterday. But I stuck it out and did a decent job. Definitely one to work towards doing at 100%.

Hi Anita, great job doing Low Impact Series — Athletic Training: Upper Body Express 45 min. I especially like the Firewalker segment & back with tubing segment in this one &
use it a lot in the blender. I rarely do a dvd workout start to finish, I mainly put the
chapters I want in the blender.

The back segment with the band was great. I really liked that. It really gets in that muscle. Total power move.
And I love firewalkers whenever I can get them. They just feel good on my legs. Firewalker ladders make me happy. It burns so good!

Athletic Training is basically step aerobics with compound moves and easier choreography. But the majority of it is on 2-4 risers per side, so you get super breathy and some serious lactic acid going. Not for the faint of heart.

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did 65 minutes on the elliptical on Fat Burn, alternating between 2 minutes forward then 2 minutes backwards the whole time.

Then I did 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Nice workouts everyone!!

Great workout Annette with 65 min elliptical & 20 min. Floor workout. Bet it seemed like
”a walk in the park” compared to yesterday’s workout!!

Wow you hit it out of the park again with a 65 Min doing your own style circuit with weights and
elliptical and finished with floor work abs, legs, and glutes. Then the cherry on top with a well deserved stretch. You are awesome, bravo & WTG High fives.
