Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a 45 minute Growingananas YT workout - it was all bodyweight/cardio. I really like this woman!

Great to see everyone checking in yesterday. Nicki - I hope you were able to find the time and energy to get in a good stretch after work yesterday.

YT-Michelle Briehler- Weighted Vest Power Indoor Walking workout - 37 min. First time I tried this one,
it was fun! No rebounder on this one, just a indoor walking workout with vest.

Aqua girl… has the pain completely resolved? How are you feeling?

Finally got an all clear on the air quality today. Able to walk my dogs this morning and actually see the sunshine.

Finished the Peloton strength program. Too much repetition and not a fan of burpees. So I don’t plan on doing it again. But I definitely see how it could be effective if you want an express routine. Followed with Cathe Live #490 Rock’m Shock’m, wearing my weighted gloves. Nice variety and basically low impact. Good add on since it wasn’t too intense and I have lawn max this afternoon.

Thanks for asking about my kitty, Miss Hector- She's doing much better now after removing sutures she was allergic to caused a very bad, bad infection. The Vet had to remove recent sutures, remove pus from area and inject antibiotics, then and replace with surgical staples. She still has to wear cone to allow things to heal without cat licking or chewing on them. Miss Hector has turned the very scary corner. Miss Hector is now healing and starting to feel like her frisky playful self again. I'm so relieved, phew! Again well done on your workout. Have a good night;)
