Hi Everyone,

Today I took a rest day and just did my standard 25 minute stretch for hips/back form psychetruth. This stretch workout opens me up like no other. It's a bit long but very effective for me.

Great month Geoff. You worked out a lot!

Hi all,

Today I only had 2 and we did my newest cardio kickboxing circuit which was 55 minutes long. The new lady loved it and we were all dripping wet.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work ending with floorwork for abs.

Need to go home now.
