Daily Check in Friday August 30

Good morning ladies, sorry about the double thread, I hit the button too many times I guess.

This morning was Zcut Power Yoga the warm up and Balance and Plyo series. These yoga series are short but very intense. This one had lots of warrior 3, half moon, twisted half moon. I cant do them as well as she can but they really make you work. I'm sweating.

Good morning everyone. This morning I did Meso 2 disc 4 - plyo legs. It was quick and dirty.

HI gals,

I did 41 min.of the Ultimate Taebo workout, it was really just waaaay too hot and humid to workout this week but I did it anyway, GO ME!!! LOL!! I did lose another pound so maybe that makes it all worth it, I am now down 14 pounds so far.:D:cool:
