I went to the gym and did 50 min. of weights, hit abs hard too. Full body workout.

Sorry so late. DS and I went to the Bridgestone Invitational today. Very hot but soo cool. First player we saw was Tiger Woods...very very cool.

Today was cardio - CLX Burn in off, and recharge,100 crunches.
