Good Morning Fit Ladies!

Today's rotation calls for StepBlast and some ab work. I'm going to have a blast - LOL!!!!

Well, if my boss lets me leave early and work at home for part of the day, I think I can squeeze in a half hour cardio - one of my oldies - plus Cathe's Leaner Legs. If I stay at work all day, nothing, because I have stuff I have to do in the evening. Blah.

I was going to do SB and MIS upper body, but we have a funeral this morning so I opted for an hour walk and 500 crunches. I'll do MIS later today as a bonus!

I think I'm gonna do the 5am Fiesta from the Aug rotation. Looks good! I need a change from the standard DVDs. Does anyone know in what position the toe touches are done? Thanks!

Good Morning Everyone and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!
FINALLY I got back to working out this morning! OH HAPPY DAY!!!

First I couldn't workout due to my daughters wedding and family coming in, etc.. then I got a migraine and was down with that for 3 days. ;( Today I feel much better and though I wasn't ready for jumping around yet (I'll save cardio for tomorrow), I got in a good weight workout. I tried something new today and did the upperbody premix plus core work from bootcamp, then did the upperbody split premix plus core from ME ! Took an hour and I felt like it was the perfect workout for me today.

The other day the mailman brought two new workouts to me....StepSational and Funktional Fitness, both Christi Taylor. Anyone do those before?? I've never done any Christi workouts, so what's in store for me???:eek: I just feel like I need some new cardio workouts and am waiting for Cathe to do somemore advanced Step!!!! ;)

Good morning fitness folks. TGIF!!!

Yesterday was an unplanned rest day instead of the circuit I had planned. I just did not bounce back from my run on Wednesday. I went to bed at 8 last night and slept til 5:30 this morning. I was so tired. My routine blood work I have done due to meds I am on for RA came back that my hemoglobin was 10. So I'm anemic. Bummer...
Just another manifestation of RA I'm afraid, bone marrow suppression. My doc said to take it easy, no "extreme" exercise.. LOL..he knows me well but I can definitely continue my exercise program, just at somewhat of a lower intensity for now.

I plan on taking another rest day today since we are going to see DD's new furniture that will be delivered today and take her out to eat to celebrate her first days in the classroom as a teacher.

Tomorrow I'll get back to it. I'll do my circuit, I'll just have to see what I can do, i.e., shorter w/o, not as much intensity, etc.

How do you get your picture trail to come up with every letter you write?? I made one, and got it on one letter, now I can't get it back......?? I thought it would do it automatically??
Can you tell me what I need to do??

I couldn't get on yesterday; we had a nasty virus on our computer- "bloodhound" It took DH a long while to quarantine it.
Anyhoot, today is total body weights. I'm thinking either Super Sets for a change of pace or PH for a blast from the past! I'll decide when I get down stairs.

Yesterday- LEGS: PLB SB work
ABS: PUB SB work
CARDIO: walk golf course.

Nice day.:D

Tonight is date night with DH !!:7 :7 :7

Becky I have seen bad reviews of the Chisti Taylor workouts you have bought. My favorite Cristhi's workouts are in the fantastic four dvds.Glad to know you feel better.

Sandra...those Kickmax combo's are quite fun. I think its awesome you can do these kind of wrkouts so close to your due date. I can imagine you would be impatient waiting Sandra...But what a beautiful experience to be waiting for!!

Shannon..I hope you will be able to tackle Meaner...oh...I mean Leaner Legs!

Kali...funerals can be tough..:(...hope you can squeeze in MIS...a great workout.

Jane...sorry about the anemia..:(...could be why the run took so much out of you. Nothing at all wrong with lower intensity! I have made up my own type of circuit style workouts using Lowmax as the cardio. So it's okay if you still lift? Just not extreme or high impact cardio?

Becky...good workout! I bet some of the ladies here have done the new workouts you got. It is great to get something new...:)

Judy...YUK...hate those viruses! I had to get one off my Mom's PC! I am glad your DH got it fixed. Supersets is fun....and also Push Pull!

I am pulling out and oldie...MIC. I do hope I survive!! My hamstrings are sore from GS Legs floor work yesterday! I'll also do some freestyle legwork abs and shoulders, tris and bis.

Debbie - has your apartment recovered from the play group?

Jane - sorry to hear about your anemia. I was severely anemic growing up and am still borderline. The fatigue is often overwhelming, but I find it fairly easy to control through my diet. I know when I'm not eating properly, that's for sure!

Becky - let us know how the Christi Taylor workouts are:)

Judy - sorry to hear about your computer virus. Glad you got it sorted out. Have fun on your "date" tonight!

Mariangeles - that sounds like a light workout for you.

Carole - Well, they sure didn't that particular time, and I've been scared to try again!

Last night I went for a 5km run and DD came with me on her bike! It was great. She chatted the whole time, so I didn't really have to. I was really pleased that she made it the whole way! I also did segment 1 of Coremax.

This afternoon is Kickmax. I may do the Bootcamp Challenge version and then add on the leg drills at the end.
 
I get to leave work early! LL, here I come! I need something hard - this week hasn't exactly been the best for workouts. I've missed two days.:(
 
Good Morning Fit Ladies,

I am having a party with Turbo Jam, I did Turbo Jam cardio party 1, add the 20 minutes of Cardio Jam , and Lower body Jam. The lower body jam is evil. She uses the green band, double the green band makes a loop and put it around your legs and get ready to hurt. This is a great workout for those who don't want to bulk up.

Yes, I'm the one! I'm leaving in three weeks for Lake Louise. Charlene Prickett (step aerobics instructor) hosts what she calls a "High Adventure" up there every year. It's a week long thing - aerobics every morning at 6:30, breakfast, then all sorts of neat stuff! I'm going to focus on the hiking - they offer all-day hikes. Or half day hikes, and opportunities to learn watercoloring, etc. Dang, I'm so excited!

The funny thing is, Charlene was actually born and raised in Arkansas, where I live.

That sounds amazing!!! Yes, I'm quite familiar with Charlene Prickett. Lake Louise is so incredibly beautiful. You're gonna have a blast!
