Hi ladies,

Today I taught my new short cardio and weights routine to 7 ladies for about 37 minutes. Of course my one critic didn't like it and it wasn't up to my normal high standards of a work out. I tried explaining my strategy and how all the moves can be ramped up. Nevertheless, it won't be a workout we do very often.

Then I did 40 minutes of heavy dumbbell work hitting chest really hard (press w/ 30, 35 and 40 pound dumbbells)(flies up to 30 pound dumbbells). Also hit biceps hard, but all muscle groups were hit including abs and floorwork legs.

Hi Annette. How did PT go? Elsie, HUGS!!!! How is everything? Hubby and I went to the local fair last night. Of course we ate a bunch of delicious and bad for you food. Gotta live right? Anyway today I did Anni Mairs Core Force. Nice little workout. Greeting to all who follow. Henrriette, I would love to see your bump!
 
Hi Peg,
PT went well, she felt comfortable discharging me. I am symmetrical on both sides now and gained back some of my degrees that were 18° off before is only 10° difference now.

So I am done with PT, Yay!!!![emoji41]
