CatheLive- PHA Strength: Heavy Weights Express - 34 min. (nice short express workout)
IFit- "Church of St. John, Italy" Treadmill walk- 20 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a youtuber - Midas MVMT - biceps and triceps (30 minutes), shoulders (20 minutes) and added in a 10 minute abs workout of his. It was a long workout and actually took me 75 minutes to finish. I had so much time this morning as I accidentally rose at 4:40 am instead of 5:40am. I will nap later.

I actually added on another CatheLive later this morning, yesterday’s CatheLive Strong
& Fit: Back & Biceps. Loved it….It was 47 min. But time flew by! I was actually going
to do it tomorrow, but I couldn’t wait:)

Both of those workouts sound so fun and I am missing lifting heavier weights. PHA Blender sounds awesome, I'm envious. Ooh a Passport Treadmillwalk in Italy is amazing.
Just think how much fun it is to workout in these exotic places and never have to fuss with cost of travel. I hope you enjoyed the scenery. I see you decided to add- on with:

workout for you today as well! I’m so sleepy right now, I can hardly keep my eyes
open! I do believe a nap is coming up! I finished my “weekly” cleaning also this AM,
so a nap might feel pretty good!

Since I did the other CatheLive today, I am planning on a rest weekend anyway, so I
might as well start now!:)
 
Hi ladies,

Today he is starting to feel some pressure especially when he gets up from sitting.

Bit he said he was alright alone and I could come to the gym. So I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and 35 minutes of full body weight workout.

Nice workouts ladies!
 
Hi Annette, sounds like hubby is coming along ok…..that’s good…….glad you were able
to get in a workout at the gym doing 35 minutes on the elliptical and 35 minutes of full body weights. have a good weekend!!
