CatheLive- PHA Strength: Heavy Weights Express - 34 min. (nice short express workout)
IFit- "Church of St. John, Italy" Treadmill walk- 20 min.
Both of those workouts sound so fun and I am missing lifting heavier weights. PHA Blender sounds awesome, I'm envious. Ooh a Passport Treadmillwalk in Italy is amazing.
Just think how much fun it is to workout in these exotic places and never have to fuss with cost of travel. I hope you enjoyed the scenery. I see you decided to add- on with:
