Hi gals,

Today I taught my Interval 1 workout to 7 ladies for an hour.

Then I did about 40 minutes of weight work including chest bench press with my son spotting me. Then did lat pull downs wide grip and under hand grip both from a standing position, I finished up with floorwork abs and legs.

Went to our new Wendy's for lunch.

Hey ladies,

So, the weather is lovely, so yesterday I went for a run. Today I'm a bit stiff so I opted for Cathe's Low Impact Circuit.

My back is bothering me. I'm not able to do any lower back work. Frustrating!
 
ladies, another rest day. my DH has been travelling and my business has been super busy. no time for life :(

He is finally home so I will defo work out tomorrow. great workouts ladies. see you tomorrow
