This morning I did All Out Low Impact Hiit + 7 minutes of Leah Sarago's core. I am still so sore from the 18 minute Leah Sarago upper body segment I did the other night!!! Wow!!!!

Hi gals,

I did 33 min. of the Ultimate Taebo with weighted gloves on, took my son to work, then came home and did the Combo Express Taebo workout for more. I burned over 1000 calories between the 2 workouts.

I get a new perm/hair cut today so I am excited.

Hi ladies,

Siobhan - yes, my vacation is almost over, although I didn't get much "vacating" done...got a lot of chores done though, so I am happy.

Annette - congrats on the new do! A girl needs a good change every now and then!

Today was a rest day - Bob H. Yoga warrior again..Just love that!
 
Well, it looks like I have plantar fasciitis. With regard to my posts here I'll be focused on shoulders, back and core until further notice.

Of the several exercises to pull the shoulders back, to strengthen the rhomboids above all, I like the "mid back shrug" (bend over, just let the weight hang and squeeze the shoulder blades together). I know I'm doing this right because I can focus the burn in the rhomboids. It also involves the elbows the least. :)

My "Wall Shoulder Girdle Stretch" has improved in only one day! But I still can't do it.
