Good Friday Morning Everyone,

Today I did more C&E for 35 minutes - cardio. I added on a CD ab workout for 10 minutes (thx ChelePA).

Hello, Ladies! Apologies for not posting this week. Had a workshop this week and was in the office. Late meetings and then dinners. So glad this week is coming to an end!
Second appointment with my chiropractor today! Really wanting to get over this injury so I can return to my full workouts and not once a week and then hurting so bad I can't do anything else! Miss you all!

Peloton Full Body Power Pilates. Followed by a hike on the treadmill with tabata intervals. Finished with an express yoga-floor poses only.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a quick 32 minute Sidney Cummings Kickboxing workout from like 4 years ago. It wasn't too bad, I just didn't do the burpees.

Now I am gonna lay in the sun while we have some sun.

Nicki, hope you are seeing improvement though it is early in the adjustments.

Nice workout Chele and Siobhan. Even if you haven't done one yet I am sure it will be great!!
 
Well, I laid in the sun for 2 hours and 15 minutes, the last 15 were very awkward because my canvas lounge chair ripped and I had to precariously lay as to not have it rip anymore. Sigh! Hubby was nice and immediately bought me another one but I don't know when it will arrive.
