Today I did more Caroline G - her latest total body. That was tough.

Annette - how i wish I had an elliptical. My basement is too small for that.

Geoff - I hope you get to go on your trip. It sounds like an amazing opportunity. Mask wearing is tough.

Hi Siobhan and Geoff,

Today I had 5 ladies and we did my Total Body Challenge for about 51 minutes. It is one tough workout and we were all sweating and feeling it. Oh my!! Forgot how tough it was.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including barbell chest press, back and shoulder machines, and floorwork for abs and legs.

Glad it is Friday.
