Blender- "One at a Time & Combine # 3 (Weights) - 25 min.
IFit- "Max it Out Time Crunch" Elliptical workout - 20 min.
YT-CrossRope- 6 min. Jump Rope & Biceps workout

Today I did a mix of Lift with Cee for 30 minutes and added on 15 minutes of jump rope and bodyweight with McFit Method from youtube (what a sweatfest).

Nora - sorry your appointment got moved. That can be frustrating. But wow - you still got in a double workout.

Good workout Siobhan with Lift w/Cee & McFit Method Jump rope. I have done some of his on YT….he’s pretty good. There are a few JR & Dumbbell ones he has that are
good too.
 
Hi ladies,

I got up waaay to early but I did make it to the gym for a full body weight workout. This workout was 60 minutes.

Now I am waiting on a call back from tor doctor's office about my bloodwork, sigh. Crazy thing is, is when I lose weight all my numbers go screwy in a bad way put the weight back on and my numbers look good again, happens all the time .

Hoping to make it to the pool today.

Hi Linda,

Yes, I made it to the pool and laid in the sun with 12 - 15 mph winds for 3 hours. It was only in the upper 70's and I did not get in the pool. But it was nice to see my pool lady friend and say goodbye till next summer. And I do love a good wind burn.
