Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Variety circuit to 6 ladies for 55 minutes. Then I did 58 minutes of total body weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes.
I got 120 pounds off the rack but when I went to put it back on, I was only able to get one side up and I had to let the other end drop diagonally across my chest. Thankfully one of my male gym friends came to my rescue and lifted the down side back up onto the rack. He laughed and said that I was just making sure that he was paying attention to what I was doing. I thanked him.
