Good morning girls!

Today was a CatheLive Birthdays workout!

I did the warmup & first 20 min. of CatheLive 2021 Birthday Bash and then I switched over to CatheLive Upper Body Birthday Party from several weeks ago and finished with the second half and stretch of this one, so all in all, about 45 min. of her "birthday" fun!

Nice mish mosh Linda! And yes, we are the morning crew now aren't we?

Today I did Lift with Cee - I did 2 of her 20 minute total body workouts. I blew off the warm-up on the second workout. It was challenging and just right as my body is ready for a rest day. Now, to stretch.

Nice workouts yesterday, Nora and Annette. Nora - even when you don't do your full workout you still do a big workout!!!!

Annette- Bravo on yesterday's stellar 75 Min gym workout with weights leaving no muscle group untouched. Utilizing all forms of weights/resistance( Dumbbell, machines etc, sled and floor work). Bravo on yesterday's workout.
So if you are workingout today, have a fun workout and if resting you definitely earned it, either way enjoy and have a great Friday;)

Hi ladies,

Yes, I spent 3.5 hours at the pool with 30 minutes being in the water.

Then I came home and went to the gym and did 50 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Nice workouts all around. Have a great weekend!!
 
Annette, I had a feeling that you went to the pool :)......but you even went to the gym too with 50 min.
elliptical work & 10 min. floorwork. Nice !
