- Exhale Core Fusion Abs & Arms – one ab section

Have a great day. It's raining - again. I am glad it's not too hot today. Now, to straighten my hair or put it in a clip???

Siobhan - How funny for you to notice my absent "e"! Honestly, my real name is Conni. My mother wanted me to be "different" so she spelled it that way. Little did she know how true her prophecy would be, lol!!!!!
I get questions all the time about it, and I wish mom was still alive so I could tell her now how much I appreciate that individualism she instilled at birth.
Oh, I vote for the clip. It's Friday, let's not make too much of an effort..:cool:

I do like the Pyramid workouts, but they do get monotonous....

Today was yoga - I did Jillian's 6 wk ab segment 1 and Yoga Relax premix 2.
 
Thanks Conni, still waiting to hear from the district as to whether or not I got one of the jobs.

What is your definition of Exercise Addiction? My hubby thinks I am addicted to exercise, it is not like I spend hours upon hours at the gym or come home and do more workouts and I don't even workout on the weekends. I don't feel that I am addicted to exercise, yes, I enjoy it and yes I miss it when I don't do it but I am not clawing at the wall needing to get it in. Who's right here.

I was at the gym 50 min. hitting all muscle groups, even bench pressed 90 pounds for 7 reps.:D:D
