Hi Annette,

Another huge workout for you yesterday. Whoa.

Today I did a mish mosh of: 25 minutes of Caroline G - her Christmas lunges workout + 15 minutes of Cathe's RWH low impact cardio + 10 minutes of move with nicole pilates. I was up at 5am this morning. Also read a couple of chapters of a book. Now, to do my back exercises while watching Superstore (have you watched superstore?).

No, I haven't seen Superstore. I have seen advertisements for it but never saw when the show would air.

Today I had 5 ladies(of course now that I am stopping the class), and we did my Lower Body Plate Extreme which was 44 minutes long.

The ladies are going to take me out to lunch on the 29th which is my last class.

Then I did 65 minutes of weight work which included the back and shoulder machines, another machine that I tried, dumbbells for chest, triceps and biceps, barbell curls, cables for upper body , leg press machine, the sled and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Some stretching and I was done.

Nice workout for you too.

Hubby is home today.

I'm still around and keeping up with my workouts and only two workouts behind last year in YTD Workouts. However, I've just been busy. At the end of 2021 Everlast approached my Mom about getting in the ring and boxing one last time!! Apparently, they found a woman in Louisiana that was around her age, size, and weight. Anyway, last Friday they got in the ring for the "Battle of the Silver Foxes." Eight 3min rounds with a 2min rest period between rounds. Mom did good and held her own but by round six she had had enough and lost by TKO.
