Hi ladies,
Today I stayed home and did a 'Find Your Life - Spiked ' routine which is a kickbox routine with cardio HIIT in-between the kickboxing segments. It was 50 minutes long and sweaty. Then I tried a different lady from this group's routines that was a TurboKick routine. She was different and I only lasted 14 minutes of her workout. I may try it 1st on another day.
So roughly 64 minutes of Spike Kickboxing HIIT + the little bit of the TurboKick.
Then hubby came home early from work but I kept going with my workout. Today was bicep day so I did get out 8's, 10's and 12 pound dumbbells and did a pyramid style super sets . I did hammer curls, hammers with a twist and regular curls starting with 12 reps at 8 pounds, 10 reps at 10 pounds and 8 reps at 12 pounds, then I went down the pyramid going back to 10 pounds at 10 reps and 8 pounds at 12 reps. After I did some wrist curls and ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch, this was all around 33 minutes.
Raining here too, well cloudy at the moment but supposed to start up again by 3:15.
