Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Interval 1 workout to 4 ladies for about 62 minutes.

Then I did 11 minutes on the stair machine.

Finished up with 20 minutes of weight work focusing on biceps , triceps, back, along with one exercise for chest and shoulders. Then I did stability ball abs.

Hubby is home today!!

Hi all and TGIF! I love to work but I do enjoy my weekends :)

Today was Yoga. I needed somewhat of a rest day as we are planning to hike tomorrow.
