Hi Everyone,

No workout for me today. I am only doing stretches. I actually started a Lite workout and stopped. Just not in the mood. I did workout yesterday but forgot to check in. I did a mix of Milhoy and Cathe's Xtrain for back + a short pilates workout + my own stretch.

My DD got stopped by a bylaw officer yesterday for dropping groceries to my sister. She didn't get fined but WTF! She was just outside unloading the groceries.

I am just hanging at home, working in my practice in the evenings and waiting to be called in for a rotation.

Your bylaw police really are stopping lots of people, sorry about your daughter glad she didn't get fined. Are these the regular police or a different department created just for this pandemic?

Today I did my own Total Body Challenge which is a 53 minute circuit workout. Worked up a sweat. Then I did a 31 minute at home Taebo workout on YouTube. Then I did 30 minutes of some random weight work using the plates for chest,back, and shoulders plus floor work for abs, legs and glutes.

Think I am done for now!

Ceci that is INSANE. We are under a stay at home order but if we go out no one stops us. This is really getting out of control... I am so sorry for your daughter.

Today was Strong total body Live and a 30 minute Jessica Smith powerwalk. It’s raining and gloomy and I enough outside time waiting on get into Whole Foods.
