Good morning ladies......

Well, nothing I wanted to watch on tv last night, so I ended up doing CatheLive- Metabolic Med Ball Blast- 37 mintues. It's such a fun workout....glad I did....

Today's workouts:
KCM-Power Splits-Premix: Upper Body Split-no finishers- 22 min.
IFit- "Rolling Hills" Bike Ride- 15 min.
YT-CrossRope- 10 min. Jump Rope & Dumbbells workout

Hope you all get in good workouts and have a good day! Haven't decided if the weekend will be a "rest" weekend or not.....might end up doing a little something!

Nice triple workout in 24 hours Linda! I love the idea of working out just for the heck of it.

Today I did a Cathe Live for Legs. I stopped at the 30 minute mark as I can only do so much legs. I moved onto 10 minutes of Michelle Briehler for biceps. I will do my own stretch.

Great workouts yesterday Nora and Annette. And so true, Nora. Two days in a row we did the same workout despite there being a million options out there. Twin fitness flames.

Hi ladies,

Today I had blood drawn before my workout so I started with the elliptical and did 35 minutes on it. Then I did some dumbbell chest work (flyes and press) with 17.5 pounds, 20 and 25 pound dumbbells, then did some floorwork for abs, legs and glutes to finish up. So pretty good workout for an hour.

Planning to lay out in the sun but boy the manure snell is really bad today, ugh!

Great today Annette with 35 min. on the elliptical & chest day with lower body/abs floorwork. I agree, great 1 hour session. Have a relaxing day in the sun, but yuck on the
manure smell. :(

I love med ball abs. I haven't done them in quite a while, I forget about them.

Siobhan- Nice job on today's Cathe Live for Legs shortened to 30 min approx., and then onto 10 minutes of Michelle Briehler for biceps, plus adding own your own stretch. Sounds wonderful.
I agree some leg workouts are wonderful but prefer them not to be so long. High fives on your fab Friday workout. Have beautiful day;)

Annette- I hope all goes well with your blood work. Wow! you got a lot done in an hour : 35 min elliptical, then some dumbbell chest work (used good sized weights WTG), onto floorwork for abs, legs and glutes to finish.
Bravo:) After all that relaxing in the sun sounds wonderful. I agree with Linda yuck on the manure smell, maybe it won't be so bad today. Enjoy the sun today, don't forget the sunscreen. Enjoy your day;)
