Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's xtrain legs (standing only) + Lite Blizzard blast (bootcamp) + 10 minutes of move with nicole. now, to stretch.

I can understand why you are ending your classes. I am pretty cautious right now too. I am still wearing a mask wherever I go and everyone and their dog seems to have covid again. I don't want to get covid! Bummer but now you have more time to work out. And, I can see you going back one day. You have tooooooooo many workouts not to share!

April 1st and we wakened to snow. Alas.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 4 , and we did my Total Body Challenge which was 52 minutes. Tough workout but we did it.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work all dumbbells, plus the sled(jumping 2 plates at a time ) but at 9 I only made it 3/4 of the way back before my arms gave out, the floorwork for abs and legs.

I am beat. Nice workout for you . I do plan on ramping up my own workouts once I am finished teaching.

We have sporadic rain with sunshine and wind and only in the 40's.
