Hi ladies,

Today I went through my Groove to the Beat circuit the 1st 2 cardio songs and 1 weight song, changing the moves in the 1st cardio song and using different moves in the 2nd cardio song about 21 minutes worth and I think it will work better.

Then I did a freestyle kickboxing workout using the CD my son burned for me. It was the 140 bpm one and was 53 minutes long. It worked out really well.

Then I did a free Adrenaline workout kickboxing off of the fitness channel. It was 20 minutes.

Then I finished up with 37 minutes of some weight work. And floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I realized on Monday that I had forgotten to do chest so I made sure I did it first today. I only hit chest, biceps and triceps doing 16 reps each at 3 different weights. 2 exercises from chest and triceps and only hammer with a twist for biceps.

I actually lost a pound this morning, yay!!! About time. I really need variety to lose when I don't get to the gym.

Hi ladies

Today was Total body Fit Live and a 30 minute walk.

Its cold here- too late in April to be this cold.

On the plus side I only had to wait 20 minutes to get into Whole Foods this morning

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a short SSOD spin workout + a 35 milhoy upper body bodyweight workout (push ups) + my own stretch.

My line up was pretty short today too. No flour and no eggs though. wow.
