Hi Annette,

Today I did CG's latest bodyweight workout - essentially legs and chest + CG tricep workout + one of her lower abs workouts.

I would love to get on an elliptical for an hour!

Hi Siobhan,

No update I hope means that the kids are still asymptomatic.

Today I had 2 and we did my revised circuit which is an hour. One lady left early so the remaining lady and I got on the floor for some chest flyes, lying back and triceps work along with abs and legs.

Then I did 35 minutes of chest and back. I got 120 pounds off the rack and down part way for 1, I was one happy camper!!

I had started at 75 pounds for 8, 85 for 7, 95 for 6, 105 for 3, 110, for 3, 115 for 2 , and 120 for a partial rep. Whoohoo!!

Then I did the back machine for 56 reps , all were both arm together reps only using 2 hand positions over and under on one position. 25 pounds were on each side.

I am finished since I hit most every thing else in class.
