Good morning everybody!

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- Metabolic Med Ball Blast -- 37 min. (one of my favs)
and added on a Hydrow "Stack" -13 min. consisting of:
5 min. Pre-Row Mobility in Boston
1 min. Okahoma City Challenge Row
1 min Squat Challenge in Savannah, GA
1 min. D.C. Challenge Row in Wash. D.C.
5 min. Cooldown Row & Static Stretches in Miami Beach.

Love putting those shorter rows/stretches together.

Nice workout Linda.

I did a 35 minute MPL workout. I am sweating. There were no rests. Now, to stretch.

Enjoy your day off Nora. I just learned that I paid so much for MPL that I hit the free for life category. Yeah!

Nice one, Siobhan! Enjoy your stretch! Free for life….yay! That’s a great reward for keeping with MPL! I wish some of the apps that I subscribe to would reward me like that!! :) (Wishful thinking)
 
Hi ladies,

Today was Triceps day but I added the sled with only 3-5 plates on for some different cardio. So for 20 minutes I pulled with the strap backwards as fast as I could then turned and pushed it back really fast. A couple of times I pulled the sled with the strap facing forward did this type of thing with 3 and 4 plates then ended with a fast sprint with only 3 plates, then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes and a stretch. This was roughly a 70 minute workout.

Great job Annette on a 70 min workout for triceps & floorwork and the sled. That was a neat idea for getting in your cardio with the sled. Well done!
