Hi there ladies,

Today I did another freestyle kickboxing workout using music from YouTube. The music was 51:55 minutes and I added a cool down which took the workout to 57 minutes. I was sweating big time.

Then I did a 30 minute Taebo Bootcamp off of YouTube. It had weights(ok they used bands) and some ab work.

I did a couple more ab exercises on the floor before calling it a day.

I am beat!

Today I did a 30 minute Milhoy lower body workout + a 25 minute spin workout. I did my own stretch.
